Andys Man Club Charity

ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. Their aim is to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. Groups meet at 7pm every Monday evening (except Bank Holiday). If you think you, or someone you know might benefit from attending, you can find your nearest support group on the Andys Man Club website HERE  . There is no obligation for men to speak, they can simply have a brew and listen if they wish. #ITSOKAYTOTALK
