adidas Cordoba 1/2020 ‘City Series ‘
Size 9 – Brand new in box with tags
Released as part of the size? 20th-anniversary celebrations back in 2020. Talking inspiration from the Spanish city of Cordoba, which is twinned with Manchester.
“For those of you unfamiliar with the city, Cordoba lies within the Andalusia region of southern Spain and is renowned for its annual flower festival. Known colloquially as the “Battle of the Flowers”, each May, the Mediterranean city’s courtyards and patios burst into bloom with purple Carnation petals.
Sharing the same tooling as the Manchester, we decided to encase the Cordoba’s suede and textile uppers in the same rich flower-inspired purple hue to embody the spirit of the city. Gold lettering to the sidewalls and lace-tips call out the model’s moniker, while a gum rubber outsole rests below in signature fashion. The footbed harks back to the Manchester’s original blue and red palette, while golden 1/2020 detailing at the heel signs the pair off.”
Competition Closes Sept 6th – Live winners draw will take place on Monday 9th September 2024
ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. Their aim is to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.
New groups are opening up almost monthly across the UK, with 185 groups already currently running. Over 4500 men use these groups every single week. Groups meet at 7pm every Monday evening (except Bank Holiday). In these groups, men can open up about the storms affecting their lives in a safe, judgement-free and non-clinical environment. Clubs are designed to be free of pressure, there is no obligation for men to speak, they can simply have a brew and listen if they wish. If you think you, or someone you know might benefit from attending, you can find your nearest support group on the Andys Man Club website HERE #ITSOKAYTOTALK
We will be regularly updating our running total on funds raised. You can find this at the foot of the page
