5. Free Postal Entry Route — The Promoter offers a free postal entry route for every Competition. To enter by post, entrants must send a clearly handwritten entry on an open postcard stating: the Competition they wish to enter; their full name; postal address; email address; telephone number; and confirmation that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Postal entries should be sent to: MS Competitions, 11A High Street, Cullompton, Devon, EX15 1AB. Entrants must hold a registered account on the Website. The details provided on the postcard must match the details registered to the entrant's account. This requirement is solely for verification and administration purposes and does not affect the free nature of the postal entry route. Only one entry is permitted per postcard. Postal entries must be submitted through the Royal Mail postal system with the correct postage paid. Hand-delivered entries, bulk entries, entries delivered directly through the Promoter's letterbox, or multiple entries submitted within a single envelope will not be accepted. Postal entries must be received at least one full working day before the advertised Competition closing date and time to allow sufficient time for processing. Entries are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. If all available entries for a Competition have already been allocated when a postal entry is received, that entry will be void and will not be entered into the Competition. Once a valid postal entry has been received and processed, the Promoter will allocate an entry number and confirm the entry either by email or within the entrant's online account. Each valid postal entry has the same chance of winning a Prize or Instant Win Prize as a paid online entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for postal entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or not delivered. Entrants are advised to obtain proof of posting.
